RETURNS
No Returns due to Covid-19 hygiene measures
sockscart will not accept returns on any products due to the Covid-19 situation and resultant hygiene measures. We have implemented best hygiene practices throughout our supply chain and if we were to accept returns, we would not be in a position to assure hygiene of returned products. This policy applies to socks.
This is a temporary measure and will be reviewed once the Covid-19 situation normalizes. However, even under normal conditions, the return of used, worn, washed, or damaged items are not accepted.
Exceptions may apply.
How to Return
To submit a return, simply email return@sockscart.in with your order number and the details of your return request and we do our best to make you happy. You will have to send the socks back to the return address mentioned below. Please note we will not bear the shipping charges for any of the returns. Once we receive the socks we will initiate the refund.
Maximum Time Limit for Returns
A request to return an item must be made within 10 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you.
Refund against Returns
The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways:
(1) Free replacement of the sock with another sock of equal or higher value in case of return of socks shipped under the subscription plan; or
(2) A refund in the original form of payment in case of socks purchased from the web store.
If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a cheque in the name of the buyer which will be sent to the billing or delivery address on the credit card, after due verification.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
